In loving memory of Fiona Hughes

  • Fiona Hughes

    Dr Fiona Hughes

In Loving Memory of Fiona Hughes - Branch Manager and Veterinary Surgeon

"Fiona was a familiar face to many of our clients with 28 years of experience in the veterinary field, 24 of those dedicated to the pets of Winsford. Fiona graduated from Glasgow Veterinary School in 1995 and started her career with the Willows Vet Group at Beech House in Warrington. Fiona took on the role of branch manager of Winsford Veterinary Surgery in 1999 and saw the surgery expand, overseeing the move to the current premises in 2014.

Fiona's work ethic was second to none, with a devoted passion for veterinary medicine (in particular for her beloved chihuahuas!). In her spare time, Fiona enjoyed her work with the church and pantomime group, but always found time for her love of music, regularly attending classical concerts. She will be dearly missed by clients and colleagues, for whom she was a true inspiration and much loved friend."
